The notion of social responsibility for us does not mean division of liabilities to plant employees or the country as a whole. We mean responsibility in work every our day. The Concern pays special attention to social well-being of the employees of its companies.

The Rosenergomash Concern supports the idea of socially responsible business. The strategy aimed at providing the social security system for employees and their family members is put into practice in all the companies of the Concern.

Holding and increasing the number of work positions, salary increase, personnel training in the electrical engineering companies are mandatory items of each our strategy and enterprise development plan.
