Moreover, there are some individuals who try to enter into agreements on behalf of the Rosenergomash Concern using invalid documents and having no respective legal rights. This often leads to undesired misunderstandings between the Concern and its Customers.

Therefore, we would like to remind you that the right to sell the products of the Rosenergomash Concern is granted solely to:

• sales offices of the Rosenergomash Concern
• partners of the Rosenergomash Concern

Any individuals may act on behalf of the Rosenergomash Concern only on the basis of legally valid and duly executed powers of attorney.
