19 February 2010
Moscow,
February 18 – Unprecedented judgement of the Moscow City
Court, discharged from custody an investigator of the Investigation Committee under Public Prosecutor's
Office Andrei Grivtsov, aroused complete amazement in public. The Rosenergomash
Press-Service considers necessary to confirm the position.
As reported earlier by the
Rosenergomash Press-Service, the chief special investigator Andrei Grivtsov
using materials on criminal cases that were under his supervision since 2004
tried to concoct evidence about the implication of the President of
Rosenergomash Concern Vladimir Palikhata and his advocate Mikhail Vytnov in
criminal affairs.
As the President of
Rosenergomash Concern Vladimir Palikhata said: “Information in mass media about
lack of evidence of exactors’ guilt in court aroused complete amazement. In the
course of investigative actions I had to comment a variety of documents that
directly indicated the existence of crime group and completely revealed its
work methods”.
The Rosenergomash Press-Service also reported that the President of the Concern Vladimir Palikhata and his advocate Mikhail Vytnov did not suppose to give detailed comments over the situation before the investigation of exactor group case would not be completed and before the final court judgement would not be given.
